    How and where do you ship?
    NEXT delivers to the 48 contiguous States and Canada via Fedex Ground, UPS or by other common carrier depending on the overall weight of your order. For larger items we may use specialized freight carriers. NEXT does not offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut. Please contact us for shipping quote to these areas.

    What is included with free shipping?
    NEXT offers FREE SHIPPING on orders of $50 or more. For items under $50 a flat rate of $9 is added for shipping. In addition larger items may be shipped freight by our discretion. For any items that do not have free shipping, it will be noted on the product page and shipping costs will be provided during check-out. Free shipping only applies to the continental United States and Canada.

    Can you expedite shipping?
    We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Most items ship directly from the manufacturer to you. Each products detail page indicates the number of days in which the item will ship. Our shipping estimates represent the longest amount of time that it will take for the items to ship.

    What is your return policy?
    If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return your order within 14 days of your receipt of merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping fees.
    Items must be returned in new condition and original packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc) or open bedding.

    Returns require prior authorization which can be requested by e-mailing orders@nextmodernhome.com and items must be received by us within 10 calendar days from when we issue the number or you will not receive any credit for your return.
    If you are returning the item, you must ship with a carrier that provides insurance and tracking numbers.

    What if my order arrives damaged?
    Products are packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. Every shipment is insured against damage and we request that you carefully inspect your merchandise before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact us within 24 hrs. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
    In order to process your claim, please send us up to three low-resolution digital photos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in, to orders@nextmodernhome.com. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material.

    How long is the product warranty?
    All products are covered by the warranty policies of the their respective Manufacturers.
